What payment methods are available?
Clips, SMS, themes and ringtones can be purchased online via Cashu, which is a secure and highly respected payment processor.
Other payment methods are not available at this time.

Which web browsers are supported by Last.fm?
We’ve tested the website with Firefox 6, Internet Explorer 6 and Internet Explorer 7 and recommend using these browsers.
While you are of course welcome to use any other browser of your choice, this just means we do not test all features in all other browsers (there are many of them!) and can’t necessarily help you should you run into problems with a more exotic or an old and out-dated browser, although we will always do our best to fix any other bugs in other browsers such as Opera that you report to us. The following trouble-shooting guidelines are for these two browsers – Firefox and Internet Explorer.
How come I have to log in every time I visit the site, or it does not save my language preferences?
Your login details and language preferences are stored in cookies, which means we will not know anymore what they are if you have deleted these cookies.

When I buy item, when and how can I download it?
Following completion of your order the music you have purchase will be made available for immediate download. Links for each file will be displayed in checkout success page. Purchase details will be sent to your email with link to invoice. Simply click on the links and your download will begin. You may download your music right away or at a later time from account orders page. Please note that once you have downloaded your music the links expiration will decrease until it will no longer be available.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds can be made, as all sales are final. Due to the nature of our distribution methods we are unable to offer refunds on your purchase.
What if my downloads will not play?
It is possible that your Internet connection may reset when downloading large files resulting in incomplete or corrupted files. If your audio software is unable to recognize or play files you have downloaded please email us at info@ghinwa.tv. Include a copy of your order and a description of the problem.
